i hate our neighbor! I know it was him. I know he took her somewhere, cause a dog would have been torn up from our dog, like any other time she got loose, and the leash was in the garage, and she can't get off like that. We should beat him down with a baseball bat tonight. GRRRRR, I hate him, he is so gay.
