Apparently I haven't written anything in this bloody thing for a while. Meh. I've been so busy with my stupid job, and I just don't have much to say. I still game, is that interesting?

I finally went to the theater and saw the new Blade trailer. It was glorious. And we stuck around for the movie that was after it. I don't remember much of it, something like Arachnid boy or bug man or Spiderguy or something like that. It was alright. But I think we can all agree that the Blade trailer was the hightlight.

I woke up this morning with some verses in my head. I don't know what they mean, I don't know why I have them. I just felt that I had to write them down. I'm almost afraid to share them; I fear what impact they may have. I've searched myself and cannot find a real reason for their existence. It's nothing terrible bad. I just worry what will happen or what will be thought if the wrong person reads them. But who is the wrong person? And where do they come from?

If you must

To everyone else I'm a joke. To her, I'm somebody special.

Everyone needs to feel special.

My quest to regain my lost love for the Matrix franchise ended in dismal failure. Enter the Matrix is still one of the worst games ever. But at least The Animatrix isn't bad. That quest was disappointing.

This leaves me in a bit of a dilema. What sci fi franchise can I get back into? After the recent cinema debacles, Star Wars has left a bad taste in my mouth, so to speak.

But I have found it. A chance run in with a novelization made me remember just how much I love Wing Commander. And aside from the movie(what videogame movie ever doesn't suck?), it has remained consistenly awesome. Wing Commander 3 is one my favorite games ever, and I've found that the fanbase is not only very active, but very hardcore. And a bunch of nerds, did I mention that?

Wing Commander rules.
