I just entered Week 7 of P90X.  I gotta say that I'm pleased with the results so far.  My gut is receding and firming up, my biceps are tightening, and I managed to lose 13 pounds in two weeks.  The diet, though, is killer.  I feel like I haven't actually enjoyed a meal in 200 years.  Even so, I've manged to cut my sugar and fat intake by nearly 98%.

I'm eating much healthier- though I'm definitely not eating enough per day-, and have been working out six days a week, an hour to an hour and a half.

So, yeah.  I'm seeing results and am pretty pleased.  I gotta say, though I'm not fitness or nutrition expert, I definitely like it and would recommend the program.  And, as silly as this may sound, I wouldn't be able to manage if Tony Horton wasn't so magoo and encouraging.  It really feels like he wants you to succeed, and that kinda feels nice.   If he was some psycho-jerk, I would be struggling a lot harder than I am.

Haley's biceps, though, are amazing.  Girl's got guns.

Rock! I'm on week 5 of P90x and I'm not following the diet plan to a tee.... just cutting out the bad stuff. You are completely right, Tony keeps me going.

Are you taking a multivitamin? I'm on Centrum 1 a day and B6 and vitamin D. My energy level and sleep rhythms are practically perfect now.

Yeah, dude. The diet is killer. I know that I'm simply not eating enough. And, one good compromise for doing the diet is to cut out sugar(including soda) and fat.

No Twinkies and no fried foods. It's really, really hard.

I'm proud of you. I started this but didn't get too far, the diet was an extreme killer for me as well. It was very expensive to get all of the food, and sarah didn't really like it so we had to buy her own meals as well. I may try to pick it up again sometime.
